Description
There’s tons of different ways to take a fetal kick count, but this one’s easiest: Set aside some time when baby’s usually pretty active, and start counting baby’s movements. Record the time you start, and again when you’ve felt ten kicks. Ideally, you’ll feel ten within two hours (likely, much less). If not, call your doctor.
